ISAYA’S REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES POLICY

At ISAYA, we take pride in offering high-quality, carefully designed clothing. To ensure fairness and clarity for all our customers, please review our policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges:

  1. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
    • All sales are final unless an item is faulty, significantly not as described*, or unfit for purpose under applicable UK consumer law.
  2. Consumer Rights
    • This policy complies with the UK Government Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement where goods are found to be faulty, significantly not as described*, or unfit for purpose. In such cases, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
  3. Order Issues
    • If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team at infoisayaa@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
  4. Exclusions
    • This policy applies to all purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    • *Custom order items based on customer-based specifications are not considered fault if made to those specifications.
    • *Due to the limited nature of deadstock fabrics, equivalent fabric substitutions may occasionally be made during production. Any substitute fabric will be carefully selected to maintain a similar texture, weight, quality, and overall appearance. Such variations do not constitute an item being “not as described” and are not eligible grounds for refunds or returns.
    • Items damaged due to improper care, washing, alterations, misuse or failure to follow garment care instructions are not considered faulty.
